Early in June I posted Preserving our Competitiveness where I highlighted a couple of bi-partisan bills that would enable/encourage investment in basic/applied research as well as geographically diversify the concentration of our startup landscape beyond the Bay Area, New York and Boston. These were The Endless Frontier Act and The New Business Preservation Act.
